The client operates in the space of International Organization for Standardization (ISO). In order for businesses from all niches to acquire international recognition and to reach higher standards of manufacturing and service they need to acquire an ISO certificate. In some occasions this would also allow businesses to trade internationally, so most businesses have in their best interest to get ISO Certified.

What our client does is provide top class training and education for businesses of what the best practices are in order to achieve that ISO certification and in some cases our client also provided the actual certificate at the end of the process.
